Position Summary

Responsible for coordination of Recruitment activities including but not limited to maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), administration of recruitment advertising and processing of applicants through the on-boarding process. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain job postings in applicant tracking system. Close and reopen all branch job orders monthly and others as needed.
  • Manage and track posting of all paid advertising including end of month reconciliation.
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews including reminder and follow-up calls as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate all new hire travel including end of month reconciliation.
  • Personnel file maintenance (i.e., filing, creation of new hire files, etc.)
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned. 

Expected Outcomes:

  • Ads posted within 24 hours.
  • Background checks entered in 24 hours.
  • Candidates contacted to schedule interviews within 24 hours.
  • File accuracy to company audit standards.

Role Qualifications:

  • Experiencing working with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Previous experience administering an ATS or HRIS.
    • BirdDog and ADP experience a plus.
